Nova Poshta
Branch, parcel locker or courier across Ukraine. Orders before 4pm ship the same day. Free shipping from ₴2000. Your TTN tracking number arrives by SMS as soon as the parcel ships.
Card payment
Pay online by card via mono acquiring — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. 0% fee. A fiscal receipt is emailed to you.
Cash on delivery
Pay on pickup at the branch. Nova Poshta fee: ₴20 + 2% of the amount. For orders over ₴5000 we may ask for a ₴200 deposit with the rest on delivery.
For companies & funds
We issue invoices (IBAN) with full paperwork. We work with volunteer funds and units — see the Wholesale/B2B page.
Battery shipping
Lithium batteries ship per carrier regulations: rigid packaging, protected terminals, labelling. In winter, packs travel in insulated packaging.
Warranty & returns
Warranty on everything. 14-day exchange/return per consumer protection law. Printed parts with print defects are replaced, no questions asked.
