The data controller is LLC “Fisher Tech”, USREOU code 46111523, registered at 695 Bez Nazvy St., Holubyne village, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia region, 89320, Ukraine (“we”), operating the fisher.tech drone components online store. Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

When placing an order: full name, phone number, Nova Poshta city and branch/parcel locker, order comment, order contents.

When contacting via messengers or the B2B form: organisation/unit name, contact details, the content of the request.

We do NOT collect or store bank card data — payments are processed by the monobank (monopay) payment service, certified under PCI DSS.

Solely for: processing and fulfilling orders; arranging delivery via Nova Poshta; taking payment via monobank; order-related communication (confirmation, tracking number, status); complying with tax law (fiscal receipts).

We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent and never sell it to third parties.

The minimum necessary data is shared with: Nova Poshta JSC (name, phone, branch — for delivery); Universal Bank JSC / monobank (amount and order number — for payment); tax authorities (as part of fiscal reporting).

Data is disclosed to anyone else only where directly required by law.

The site uses browser localStorage only for the cart and your currency preference. We use no third-party trackers or advertising cookies.

Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, warranty obligations and tax-law requirements (up to 3 years), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to: know what data of yours we process; request correction or deletion; withdraw consent; lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Data travels over a secure TLS connection. Only the Seller's authorised staff can access order data. In the event of a security incident affecting your rights, we will notify you without undue delay.
