Public Offer Agreement (Terms & Conditions)

This document is an official proposal (public offer) by Limited Liability Company “Fisher Tech”, USREOU code 46111523 (the “Seller”), to conclude a sale-and-purchase agreement for goods presented in the fisher.tech online store (the “Store”), pursuant to Articles 633, 641 and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

By placing an order in the Store, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer.

The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer goods — components for unmanned aerial vehicles, 3D-printed parts, battery packs, filament and related goods — and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under this agreement.

Made-to-order goods (custom battery pack builds, prints to individual specifications) are produced to the characteristics agreed with the Buyer before production starts.

Orders are placed via the Store cart, messengers (Telegram/Viber) or by phone. After the order is placed, a manager confirms availability, final price and dispatch time.

The Seller may decline an order if the goods are unavailable, a pricing error is discovered, or the Buyer cannot be reached — with a full refund of any payment made.

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). USD display is for reference only and is not the contract price. The price is fixed when the manager confirms the order.

Payment methods: (a) bank card online via monobank acquiring (monopay), incl. Apple Pay / Google Pay; (b) cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch (carrier fee paid by the Buyer); (c) bank transfer by invoice (IBAN) for companies and charitable funds.

A fiscal receipt is provided in accordance with Ukrainian fiscal (PRRO) legislation.

For made-to-order goods the Seller may require prepayment of up to 100% or a “deposit + cash-on-delivery” combination.

Delivery is via Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker, courier) across the government-controlled territory of Ukraine. Orders confirmed before 4:00 pm on a business day ship the same day (subject to stock).

LiPo and Li-ion batteries are packed in rigid packaging with protected terminals per carrier rules. The Seller does not ship damaged or swollen batteries.

Risk of accidental damage or loss passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier. Claims for damaged packaging must be recorded at the branch upon receipt via the carrier's damage report.

The Buyer may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, provided the goods are unused with their appearance, properties and packaging preserved.

Not returnable as goods of proper quality: made-to-order goods (battery builds, custom prints) and batteries showing signs of use (connection, charging, flights).

Defective goods (manufacturing or print defects) are exchanged or refunded at the Seller's expense.

All goods carry a warranty under Ukrainian law. Battery warranty — 14 days from receipt (hidden manufacturing faults); 3D-printed parts — 30 days against print defects.

The warranty does not cover: mechanical damage from crashes/falls; deep discharge, overcharge or improper charging of batteries; use of parts beyond their stated loads.

The Buyer undertakes to use the goods in compliance with Ukrainian law, including airspace regulations. The Store's goods are civilian components; responsibility for the manner of use lies with the Buyer.

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

The Seller may amend this offer; the new version takes effect upon publication on the site and does not apply to already confirmed orders.

Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing that — in the manner prescribed by Ukrainian law.
